Anthony Harris, MD, MBA, MPH, MRO
Dr. Harris is the Medical Director of Community Occupational Medicine, LLC a rapidly growing full service occupational medicine provider with locations throughout northern Indiana. Dr. Harris is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and has worked as an independent healthcare consultant with focus upon performing market research, product design, and business modeling strategy. He earned his Medical Degree and Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University School of Medicine and Kelly School of Business, and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is also fellowship trained in Biodesign and Innovation at the University of Missouri. Dr. Harris has co-invented & helped procure U.S. and international medical device patents, served on a gubernatorial appointed high-tech & life-science State Board in Missouri, and currently serves on several Boards of Directors, including LARC, a not-for-profit company in Chicago focused on environmental remediation.
Stephen M. Lantz, MD, MRO
Studied medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Lantz had practiced Obstetrics and Anesthesiology for 21 years prior to entering the field of Occupational Medicine. Dr. Lantz has practiced occupational medicine for 12 years. Dr. Lantz joined the COM team in 2010.
Michael Knipp, M.D., M.S.
Dr. Knipp received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his Occupational Medicine Residency at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Knipp is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and Environmental Health.
Caroline McDonald, MSN, FNP-C
Studied nursing at Kalamazoo Valley in Michigan and received her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Goshen College in 2012. She worked as an orthopedic, neurologic and critical care nurse at Borgess and Bronson in Michigan for seven years before moving to Elkhart. At Elkhart General Hospital, she worked critical care step down for six years. Caroline joined COM in 2012.
Bailey Tresenriter, PA-C
Studied biology at Indiana University Bloomington and received her masters of Physician Assistant studies at Butler University in 2012. She has worked as an adult hospitalist at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana prior to moving to COM. Bailey joined COM in 2014.
Todd Wolford, MSN, FNP-BC, MLT, ASCP
Todd began his medical career while serving in the United States Navy as a corpsman in 1988. He's worked in microbiology at the South Bend Medical Foundation and experienced in acute care and surgical oncology. He studied in medical laboratory technology at Vincennes University, then kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science at Georgia Southern University. Received his master’s degree from Indiana University of South Bend in 2014. Todd joined COM in 2015
Jennifer Graves, ANP - BC
Jennifer is ANCC Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Occupational; Orthopedic; and Rehab Medicine. She is a Graduate of Purdue University's FNP Program and a Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society Member. Jennifer honorably served in the U.S. Naval Reserves Nurse Corp as an NP and Naval Officer. Jennifer joined COM in 2015
Jenelle Stefanski, MS, FNP-BC
Jenelle Stefanski is a recent graduate of University of Michigan’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. Her interests include preventative, bariatric, and family medicine. Jenelle is certified by ANCC as a Nurse Practitioner and American Fitness Professionals and Associates for Weight Management Consultant. She enjoys staying active and mentoring in the Evans Scholars’ S2S program. Jenelle joined COM in 2015
Elizabeth Slavinskas, MSN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth completed her Bachelor degree in Biology and Health Sciences at Seton Hall University in 2008. After returning home to the Michiana area, she continued her education at Indiana University in South Bend, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2015. Highlights of Elizabeth's career include two years of psychiatric nursing at Oaklawn Psychiatric Hospital and five years of emergency nursing at Memorial's Emergency Care Center and Leighton Trauma Center. Elizabeth is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, and she is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Elizabeth joined COM in early 2016.
